Strata Investment Group is the parent company of a collection of exclusive strata management firms in Queensland.
We are closely held and privately owned and therefore pride ourselves on being a genuine corporate family business.
Our relationships with our staff, clients and business partners are what we value above all else. We work hard to ensure we maintain these relationships and we do not take them for granted.
To cater for the nuances that each business naturally has, all management firms are run independently in order to respect their own unique qualities. Therefore, it is the challenge of our executive team to maintain the legacy and culture of each business while leveraging off the efficiencies we have by being part of a larger group.
Each of our businesses are client focused and provide the highest level of service. Our staff receive a wealth of support from across the group, leveraging off senior personnel with different backgrounds and skill sets. We pride ourselves on mentoring our teams and providing modern interactive workspaces to assist staff to perform at their best.

Scott Cupit
Executive Director
Scott holds a Graduate Diploma of Banking & Finance and began his career with ANZ in Melbourne, managing a portfolio of property clients before moving into the strata industry.
After 10 years in London, Scott joined PICA Group on the Sunshine Coast, where he managed a diverse range of schemes from small and intricate to large and complex.
Since joining the group, Scott has worked closely with the CEO to drive positive change, improve processes, and support high performance across the business. His inclusive leadership style and extensive industry experience continue to strengthen both the team and the service delivered to clients.
Alex Kemp
Chief Executive OfficerAlex holds a Bachelor of Accounting (majoring in Professional Accounting), is a member of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Alex’s career started in Melbourne, however after many years working in large firms he opened the doors to his own accounting and financial planning firm.
In his career to date Alex has been responsible for the management of and a trusted adviser to a wide variety of clients. His skills are in the areas of general business management but more specifically commercial performance and efficiency as well as mergers and acquisitions and people management.
Over the last few years Alex has been heavily involved in the strata industry and is responsible for the strategic direction and overall success of our group.
Alex prides himself on being available to everyone in the organisation and you wouldn’t find a more approachable and hands on CEO.
